1. Cancellation charges apply per person per the schedule below. ₹10,000 per person is non-refundable.
2. 50% of the tour cost if cancelled 15–30 days before departure.
3. No refund if cancelled within 12 days of departure.
4. Date-change penalty of ₹5,000 per person if made 15–30 days before departure, else the cancellation charges above apply.

• Pay a minimum of ₹40,000 to book your package.
• Final amount (100%) must be paid 20 days before departure, or the booking is cancelled without prior notice.
• Book through NEFT / RTGS or cheque.
• If your booking is routed through a booking centre, the land package cost stays the same — Al-Shams International is not responsible for cash transactions at any booking centre.

Please go through the terms and conditions before booking your Umrah:

• Charges are based on availability of places — any payment made is 100% non-refundable (advance and final).
• 25% of the total payment is required before your final flight ticket and visa are issued.
• If a pilgrim or family member shows Covid symptoms after reaching Saudi Arabia, they must sponsor their own quarantine facilities and return tickets.
• Authorised Covid vaccination certification must be provided before departure.
• If a pilgrim or family member shows Covid symptoms, or tests positive on PCR at the time of departure, payment will not be refunded.
• Payment is non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for changes in Saudi Arabian or Indian government policy.
• We are not responsible for alterations to flight schedules.
• Pilgrims with suspected symptoms before departure must arrange self-quarantine; we accept no liability.

• Infant (0–2 years): infant ticket fare as per airline policy; visa cost mandatory.
• Child 2–9 years without bed: ₹5,000 less than the package cost.
• Child 2–11 years with bed: same as adult.
