What Umrah packages do you offer?
Our current fixed-departure packages include the Sukoon Umrah Package, Asaan Umrah Package (multiple departure dates), the Deluxe Umrah Package and the Eid-e-Milad 2026 Umrah Package, alongside Baghdad Sharif, Amman & Baitul Muqaddas, 11vi Sharif and custom Iran/Iraq/Syria Ziyarat circuits. What is included in a package price?
Every package includes flight tickets, meet & assist, accommodation, transport and visa with insurance. Exclusions — such as room service, private/individual transfers, extra luggage, and 5% GST & 5% TCS — are listed on each package page.
What is your booking and cancellation policy?
A minimum payment of ₹40,000 secures your booking, with the final balance due 20 days before departure. Cancellation charges apply on a sliding scale as departure approaches, and ₹10,000 per person is non-refundable in all cases — full details are on each package page under Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy.
Do you only arrange Umrah and Ziyarat travel?
Umrah and Ziyarat are our specialisation, but our Pune desk also arranges international tours, domestic tours across India, hotel reservations, passport & visa assistance, forex assistance and air ticketing.
